1. Who can use WEDXUI FIT

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use WEDXUI FIT. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian’s permission. By using the service you confirm that the information you provide about yourself is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We protect passwords with industry-standard hashing and support two-factor authentication, which we strongly recommend enabling. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
• Attempt to break, probe, or overload our systems, or access data that is not yours;
• Resell, scrape, or redistribute the service or its content without permission;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

4. AI-generated plans

WEDXUI FIT generates workout and nutrition plans from the information you provide, using a deterministic, rules-based engine grounded in general exercise-science principles. These plans are educational and informational. They are general guidance, not personalized medical, dietary, or professional advice, and they cannot account for every individual circumstance.

5. Health & safety disclaimer

WEDXUI FIT is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, have an injury, or have any medical condition.

Exercise carries inherent risks. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptom. You use the plans and information provided by WEDXUI FIT at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for exercising within your own limits.

6. Subscriptions

WEDXUI FIT offers a free tier and optional paid plans (“Pro”). Paid features, pricing, and billing terms are described at the point of purchase. Where applicable, subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Taxes may apply based on your location.

7. Your content and our content

You retain ownership of the personal data and information you enter. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. The WEDXUI FIT name, design, software, and knowledge base remain our intellectual property.

8. Termination

You may stop using WEDXUI FIT and delete your account at any time from your settings. Deletion follows a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WEDXUI FIT is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the service or reliance on the plans and information it provides.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes may be communicated in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
